4 A: You need to re-examine your short-term goal and establish a new goal that you should accomplish with very little work. Once you achieved your new goal, then you could have another new goal to shoot for. Or go after your origianl short-term goal. Achieving your first goal that requires you to do some work will help achieve many more goals in your career.
4 B: Your #1 lifelong goal shouldn't change unless you reach it, or you could modify your short-term goals to help you takes steps to grab your dream goal. You should only change your career goal if you succeeded in reaching it or due to an injury that puts you in a position where that goal is very unlikely to happen. Should you make the playoffs, then a new goal should be made that is more specific to the playoffs. Just make sure any goal isn't so easy that you'll reach it every week. Your short-term goals will help to keep you focused on your career dream goal.
4 C: You're wrong if you said more than once each season. The worksheet is really to be used once each season. Only when you feel that the season's goal is out of reach after half way through the season, should you change answers and come out with a different goal. This is to keep you focused so that your goals will be the driving force for great accomplishments on the way to your career goal.
NOTE: Goal setting is an art is an article in my mental section. Goals are one of the main factors toward building your confidence. Check out my Goal setting is an art.
I see you're ready to run to class 8.
But wait as I'm getting it finalized.
The rings on the left are awards to reward GREAT scores in bowling. One of these could await you once your confidence level is up in the mountains. Commitment to excellence takes you places you may have thought were only a dream. A little extra work can turn that dream into reality. After a fun filled couple of classes, are you positive you want to step up and accept all challenges? Well, you're in luck. My next class is about THINKING POSITIVE, BEING POSITIVE AND STAYING POSITIVE. Being positive shows you have a made-up mind and not second guessing any decision you may have made.
As with most experiences, your first instinct is USUALLY the right decision for the situation. Try not to overthink situations as some decisions need to be made instantly. Having more positive outcomes after the decisions you make will gain confidence. And now trust plays a part in your decision making. You have heard the saying, "Trust is a must, or your game is a bust." Confidence and trust are your friends waiting for you to do great things.
See you in the Zone!
5 A: It should show you have a good work ethic because you want to do something GREAT and set your mind to go after it.
5 B: I missed my DREAM around 24 times and after fixing equipment issues, I finally saw my DREAM come to life. I had several successful events, but because of going after what I really wanted due to persistence, I finally achieved my career DREAM!

6 A: 2 & 3. Positive results usually brings fun with it and being focused brings more positive results and achieves more goals. Over doing anything, can mean a quick exit when in a tournament or missing the playoffs. Life and sports should be experienced more in moderation until you win the Championship.
6 B: 1, 2 & 3. Having fun has many advantages, so all three answers are correct. If you only picked one answer, you’re incorrect for this question because you probably don’t have enough fun when competing.
6 C: 1 & 3. One bad break by your opponent probably won’t change the match or possibly the momentum. Focusing on what you control and seeing positive results is why you need a GREAT mental game!
